# Practice Result Loop Practice Result Loop is the public loop for moving from a [[Well-being Practice|well-being practice]] to a simple result that can make Joe's Mynd more useful. ## Meaning The Mynd becomes useful when a person can move from reading to action to learning. The loop is: ```text state -> word -> practice -> result -> next action -> better graph ``` Use it like this: 1. Start with [[Start By How You Feel]] or [[Practice Library]]. 2. Choose one small practice. 3. Use [[Practice Fit Map]] to notice the intended fit. 4. Try it gently. 5. Use [[Did This Help]]. 6. Use [[Mynd Feedback Loop]] if the result is public-safe and useful to share. 7. If the result teaches something public, revise the relevant note. The result does not need to be impressive. The first result can be only: ```text Easier / harder / about the same ``` If that is all the person can tell, the result loop is complete enough. The person can keep the result private. Noticing is already useful. Feedback is optional. The public graph does not need every result. Lightweight closure: ```text Try one gentle attempt. Answer easier, harder, or about the same. Stop there if that is enough. Open details only if they would make the graph more useful. ``` The useful result is often simple: ```text State before: Practice: Result after: Fit felt right / fit felt wrong / too early to tell: Helped / did not help / unsure: Next action: ``` The feedback form can capture the same result in four small fields: 1. State before. 2. Practice tried. 3. Result after. 4. Did the practice fit? If a practice reliably helps, the graph should make it easier to find. If a practice does not help, the graph should become more honest about when it fits. If a practice points toward therapy, support, or care, use [[The Brotherhood Care Path]]. The public-safe feedback form is: https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop The same tiny answer can be shared with a prefilled result link: - [Easier](https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop&result=easier) - [Harder](https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop&result=harder) - [About the same](https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop&result=same) If the fit is already obvious, use the prefilled result and fit link: - [Easier and fit felt right](https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop&result=easier&fit=right) - [Harder and fit felt wrong](https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop&result=harder&fit=wrong) - [About the same and too early to tell](https://josephniemchak.com/feedback?type=practice&source=Practice%20Result%20Loop&result=same&fit=too_early) Fit is optional. If adding fit makes the answer feel bigger, skip it. Use the links only when the answer is public-safe. Private noticing is already enough. ## Source Of Meaning This note is grounded in Joe's desire for the public graph to nudge people toward real well-being practices and then learn from what actually helps. ## Relationship Over Time This loop is now connected to a real public feedback feature through [[Mynd Feedback Loop]]. The feature should keep result capture small, safe, and human. ## Links - [[Use Joe's Mynd]] - [[Start By How You Feel]] - [[Practice Library]] - [[Practice Path]] - [[Practice Fit Map]] - [[Well-being Practice]] - [[Did This Help]] - [[Mynd Feedback Loop]] - [[Well-being]] - [[Health]] - [[Action]] - [[Next Moves]] - [[The Brotherhood Care Path]] ## Tensions The graph should learn from lived results without casually collecting private well-being data. The right amount of capture is enough to improve action, not enough to turn life into paperwork. ## Question What did the practice change, and what should happen next?
